wheelybug  delivery takes UP TO 5 WORKING days with NO SATURDAY delivery.

We do our very best to dispatch orders within 2 working days.  

PLEASE NOTE: We hold stock of Inch Blue, however, Inch Blue shoes SOMETIMES take up to 10 days as our stock is handmade to order on a 1 week production cycle. please email us  2littlefeet@gmail.com if you need them urgently.

OUT OF STOCKS

If a product is out of stock we will contact you so please check your email. If you order something and it is out of stock we will dispatch the rest of your order and the out of stock item will follow asap at no extra cost to you. 

DELIVERY DATES

 PLEASE NOTE, ALL TIMINGS FOR DELIVERY FROM DISPATCH TO RECEIPT OF GOODS ARE APPROXIMATE AS WE CANNOT CONTROL THE POSTAL SERVICE OR GUARANTEE THAT THE PARCELS WILL ARRIVE WHEN SOMEONE IS HOME TO ACCEPT THEM.  IF YOU NEED THE GOODS BY A CERTAIN DEADLINE PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST AND ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME FOR THE DELIVERY TO GET THERE.  WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE DELIVERY.

CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations of  shoes, and Wheelybugs 

You may cancel any baby shoes, or Wheelybug order within 24 hours of placing it and recieve a full refund. Any Wheelybug order cancelled after 24 hours will also be subject to a £10 administration fee. Any baby shoes order cancelled after 24 hours will also be subject to a £5 administration fee (simply because we have probably posted them to you by then!).

Please note: whilst every effort is made to accurately reproduce the appearance of the baby shoes, Wheelybug,  we cannot accept responsibility for any colour misrepresentations.  Different colour display settings on computer monitors can have an effect on the appearance of colours in our baby shoes, and Wheelybug.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Once your baby shoes, or wheelybugs have been delivered you have 7 days in which to return them should they be unsatisfactory. 

The baby shoes and wheelybugs must be returned undamaged, unused, in their original condition and packaging.  It is highly advised that you obtain proof of postage.  You are responsible for the cost returning the goods (unless the baby shoes or wheelybugs are faulty). 

Once we have received the baby shoes or wheelybugs and are happy they have been returned in the same condition that they were dispatched, we will issue you with a full refund on the purchase price.

If the wheelybugs or baby shoes are faulty you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them.  We will arrange collection of the goods and if, following our inspection, the baby shoes or wheelybugs are deemed faulty we will issue you with a full refund.
