2littlefeet know that children's feet grow overnight!  If you purchase a pair of shoes and need a different size, just post them back to:

We will happily exchange them for another size at no extra cost as long as they are returned in perfect condition.  We will post out the new pair as soon as we receive the unwanted pair. 

If it's an emergency and you need the shoes asap, please contact us and tell us.  We will ask you to purchase the shoes you need and will post them by first class post immediately.  We will refund your original purchase the day we get your unwanted shoes back.

When we get you bug back we will send you your new one.  We ask you to pay the price difference of £10 plus the £5 postage contribution (£15 total) to exchange a small bug for a large.  You can pay this on the POSTAGE page in the left hand navigation bar.  Your bug will take upto 5 working days to reach you.
