Delivery of ALL OTHER ITEMS listed in amazing gifts are delivered directly and independently by www.amazon.co.uk and fall under their delivery policies.
All UK, Europe and USA deliveries of Crocs and baby shoes and baby hats are free of charge. Lelly Kelly are sent Free to the UK only, please contact us for international shipping prices. For all UK mainland locations, wheelybugs are delivered free using Royal Mail Standard parcel service which takes UPTO 5 WORKING days with NO SATURDAY delivery by DHL or TNT economy service so please allow upto 3 working days, again NO SATURDAY delivery.. For a faster service we can post your bug first class at an additional cost of £10 each item. Kiddimotos are delivered FREE to UK mainland. If you live outside of the UK please contact us for shipping costs.

OUT OF STOCKS
If a product is out of stock we will contact you. We hold stock of baby shoes, Lelly Kelly, crocs, hats and wheelybugs and try to adjust the site as soon as we can if any item runs out. If you order shoes, crocs, lelly kelly, a hat or a wheelybug and it is out of stock we will dispatch the rest of your order and the out of stock item will follow asap at no extra cost to you.
DELIVERY DATES
PLEASE NOTE, ALL TIMINGS FOR DELIVERY FROM DISPATCH TO RECEIPT OF GOODS IS APPROXIMATE AS WE CANNOT CONTROL THE POSTAL SERVICE OR GUARANTEE THAT THE PARCELS WILL ARRIVE WHEN SOMEONE IS HOME TO ACCEPT THEM. IF YOU NEED THE GOODS BY A CERTAIN DEADLINE PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST AND ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME FOR THE DELIVERY TO GET THERE. WE CAN USE FASTER SHIPPING AT YOUR COST IF YOU HAVE AN URGENT REQUEST, BUT WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE DELIVERY. Thank you for your cooperation.
RETURNS
Once your baby shoes, lelly kelly, baby hats, Crocs, Kiddimotos or wheelybugs have been delivered you have 7 days in which to return them should they be unsatisfactory. The baby shoes, hats, Crocs, lelly kelly, kiddimotos and wheelybugs must be returned undamaged, unused, in their original condition and packaging. It is highly advised that you obtain proof of postage. You are responsible for the cost returning the goods (unless the baby shoes, Crocs, baby hats, lelly kelly, kiddimotos or wheelybugs are faulty).
Once we have received the baby shoes, baby hats, Crocs, lelly kelly, kiddimotos or wheelybugs and are happy they have been returned in the same condition that they were dispatched, we will issue you with a full refund on the purchase price.
If the wheelybugs, kiddimotos, Crocs, lelly kelly, hats or baby shoes are faulty you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them. We will arrange collection of the goods and if, following our inspection, the baby shoes, lelly kelly, crocs, kiddimoto, baby hats or wheelybugs are deemed faulty we will issue you with a full refund.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel any baby shoe, Crocs, hat, lelly kelly, kiddimoto or wheelybug order within 24 hours of placing it and recieve a full refund. Any wheelybug or kiddimoto order cancelled after 24 hours will also be subject to a £10 administration fee. Any baby shoe, lelly kelly, Crocs or hat order cancelled after 24 hours will also be subject to a £5 administration fee.
Please note: whilst every effort is made to accurately reproduce the appearance of the baby shoes, Crocs, hats, lelly kelly, wheelybugs, kiddimotos and gifts that we stock - we cannot accept responsibility for any colour misrepresentations. Different colour display settings on computer monitors can have an effect on the appearance of colours in our baby shoe, lelly kelly, wheelybug and gift images. You can still return your baby shoes, Crocs, baby hats, lelly kelly, kiddimotos or wheelybugs for a refund, however they will not be deemed faulty and you will be responsible for the return costs.
